Job Description

As the Digital Marketing Manager on the Demand Generation team, you will drive the strategic vision and execution for end-to-end digital marketing initiatives across B2B and B2C audiences. You will have a strong focus on email marketing, paid media, audience development, campaign optimization, and performance analysis.

You will serve as the strategic and execution lead, partnering with external agencies, platform partners, and internal stakeholders to build, launch, optimize, and scale high-converting digital campaigns. You will work across markets, cultures, and time zones and communicate clearly and confidently in both English and Spanish.

The ideal candidate combines strong email marketing expertise, analytical thinking, technical execution, and experience working for a multinational or international company. You will use iterative testing and performance insights to drive measurable business results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across email, paid media, landing pages, and other digital channels.
  • Own email marketing programs, including audience segmentation, campaign planning, copy development, deployment, testing, reporting, and optimization.
  • Build multi-touch journeys that nurture enterprise prospects and support consumer acquisition throughout the funnel.
  • Partner with Product, Content, Sales, and other stakeholders to align targeting, messaging, offers, and campaign timing with business objectives.
  • Support and optimize the digital panelist recruitment funnel, balancing acquisition volume, quality, and cost per acquisition.
  • Manage campaign execution with external agencies, vendors, and platform partners, holding partners accountable to agreed-upon KPIs.
  • Monitor budgets and performance, reallocating investment toward the audiences, channels, and tactics that deliver the strongest results.
  • Brief, review, and deploy creative and messaging in accordance with channel requirements, brand standards, and compliance guidelines.
  • Lead a structured A/B testing program across segmentation, subject lines, copy, creative, landing pages, calls to action, and channel mix.
  • Translate campaign data into clear dashboards, performance reports, and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Coordinate multiple complex campaigns and deadlines while maintaining high standards for accuracy, quality, and follow-through.
Qualifications
  • 6–9 years of experience in digital marketing, email marketing, performance marketing, demand generation, or a related field.
  • Strong, hands-on experience planning, launching, and optimizing email marketing programs.
  • Experience working for a multinational or international organization, managing campaigns across markets, cultures, or regions.
  • Professional fluency in both English and Spanish, with exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience supporting both B2B lead generation and B2C acquisition programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data, testing, and performance insights to improve campaign results.
  • Experience managing external agencies, vendors, or other marketing partners.
  • Working knowledge of media mix modeling, attribution, funnel measurement, and channel performance.
  • Experience with marketing technology and CRM platforms such as Pardot/MCAE, HubSpot, Marketo, and Salesforce.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, including Sheets, Slides, and Docs.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, complex campaigns, and tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with multi-touch attribution and lifecycle or lead-nurturing programs.
  • Familiarity with paid media platforms and digital audience targeting.
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to support segmentation, creative variation, campaign analysis, or workflow efficiency.
  • Experience presenting campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
