Driving Record: Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Background: Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check (no felonies). Must be able to pass drug screen. Travel Commitment: Must be willing to travel extensively, including deployment schedules lasting up to 6 weeks at a time. Basic working knowledge and safe operation of hand tools and cordless power tools. Previous experience in construction, electrical work, or mechanical trades is a plus, but entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic will be considered. Ability to read basic project drawings (panels, pathways, and BAS controls) is a strong advantage.Job Description: Assist experienced personnel with bending, routing, and running conduit (EMT, etc.). Assist lead BAS technicians and electricians with pulling cable, mounting control panels, and running conduit. Utilize hand and power tools safely and efficiently on active job sites. Help organize, stage, and inventory equipment, materials, and supplies. Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to all OSHA and site-specific safety regulations. Represent the company professionally while working in sensitive government environments.
