YOU MUST HAVE SOLID COMMERCIAL LITIGATION EXPERIENCE as a Legal Secretary TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION
Our client needs to hire three legal secretaries to support their growing team of attorneys in two locations. Gateway Center, Newark, NJ, and Midtown Manhattan. Both locations are very easy to get to. The location in Newark is conveniently located in the Gateway Center, and the building has underground parking. This is a well-known major law firm where employees’ matter! They provide a congenial work atmosphere, a substantial benefit package, generous bonus and much more.
Responding legal secretarial candidates MUST HAVE COMMERCIAL LITIGATION EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION along with solid technical MSW skills, excellent communication. and proofreading skills along with great attention to detail. College degree a+ but not required. Candidates will work a hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two days remote. Candidates must have a suitable home environment to be successful during hybrid days. Responding candidate should also have experience preparing corporate and litigation documents including drafting of motions, briefs, orders, etc. Candidates will also draft corporate documents and speak with clients, courts, adversary counsel, etc. You will also be involved in preparing travel & expense reports and client billing.
