Work Environment\n

This role is inherently remote, aimed at providing our therapists with autonomy over their caseloads. With a typical range of 10-30 billable hours per week, you can tailor your work hours to best fit your lifestyle. All services are provided via telehealth, though we encourage team building through optional remote consultations and in-person meetings.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and provide short-term psychotherapy across diverse patient modalities, including individual, family, and group therapy.

• Utilize telehealth platforms to deliver therapy efficiently, adhering to best practices for remote mental health services.

• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary clinical team, participating in treatment planning and case discussions to optimize patient outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention, couples counseling, family therapy, and skill-building exercises to help patients achieve their therapeutic goals.

• Assess treatment needs and coordinate care with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, ensuring a seamless approach to patient health.

• Create and maintain accurate clinical records, preparing reports and documentation as per regulatory and organizational guidelines.

• Regularly review complex cases and quality assurance concerns with the clinical team, fulfilling both compliance and therapeutic standards.

Qualifications\n

• Hold a current license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or equivalent (Psy.D) valid in the state of Florida.

• Possess a Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, social work, or marriage and family therapy from an accredited institution.

• At least 2 years of professional experience in providing psychotherapy services, especially in outpatient settings.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our competitive salary ranges from USD 75,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
