We're building a company where talented tradespeople can have steady work, great benefits, a positive team environment, and opportunities to grow.What You'll Do As our Tile Installer, you'll handle a variety of residential tile projects, including:Kitchen backsplash installationFloor tile installationBathroom tile installationShower and tub surround tileTile layout, cutting, setting, grouting, and finishingWaterproofing and proper surface preparationDemo and preparation as neededMaintaining a clean, professional jobsiteCommunicating professionally with homeowners and our project management teamExperience We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is experienced, dependable, professional, and proud of their work. Professional experience installing BOTH floor tile and bathroom/shower tile is required for this position. The ideal candidate has:Professional tile installation experienceRequired experience with floor tile installationRequired experience with bathroom and shower tile installationExperience installing kitchen backsplashesStrong knowledge of proper waterproofing and installation methodsExperience with tile layout, cuts, transitions, grout, and finished detail workStrong attention to detail and finish qualityAbility to accurately measure and plan tile layoutsReliable transportation and a valid driver's licenseExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently while also being part of a teamA positive attitude and willingness to help wherever neededMost importantly, we're looking for someone who cares about the finished product and the customer experience.Why Join Kitchen Tune-Up?
